Closer to home, Chacon built the breathtaking Mount Alverno Luxury Resorts right here in Caledon Villages for our community. Chacon’s Jeevan Niwas project is set to break ground this year – a 155-unit retirement home community complete with restaurants, pools, theatres, libraries and retail stores all on one site in Brampton, Ontario. Chacon’s ongoing project at Brampton is the Strawberry Fields Residences which is a luxurious low-rise building of 4 storeys with a total of 158 condo units. The estimated completion date for occupancy for this property is 2025. Chacon is targeting members of our community directly with amenities and building services focused specifically to the community.
